How is the agency discount determined?
The discount is set specifically for your agency based on the number of streamers and the chosen duration. Send us your streamer count and duration on WhatsApp and we'll send you the offer.
Who manages the licenses?
We do. You send us your streamers' TikQo account emails and we add Premium directly to their accounts. For renewals, adding new streamers or swapping streamers, just message us on WhatsApp.
What happens if a streamer leaves the agency?
Message us on WhatsApp; we'll review the license status together and, if needed, discuss options for transferring it to another one of your streamers.
What if our streamers get stuck during setup?
Your streamers can message us directly on WhatsApp; we'll help them one-on-one with launcher installation, logging in, the TikTok LIVE connection and OBS setup.
How does payment work?
A secure payment link (Creem) is sent along with the offer; payment is made by card and the receipt is sent to your email.
