TikQo
This notice explains how personal data is processed in connection with the website, the TikQo Launcher application and the games provided by TikQo ("we"), in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK", the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
1. Data processed
- Sales and communication data: Your name, phone number, TikTok username and the content of messages you share with us via WhatsApp.
- License data: The license code, an irreversibly hashed hardware ID of the computer the code is locked to, activation and last-use times, and IP address.
- Usage logs: Date, time and IP information for events such as launcher launches, game downloads/starts and LIVE connections.
- LIVE data: When you connect to your LIVE, viewer usernames, profile pictures and gift/like/comment events from TikTok's public stream feed are processed only on your computer and shown in the game; they are not stored on our servers.
2. Purposes of processing and legal grounds
- Establishing and performing the contract (sales, license delivery, running the games) — KVKK Art. 5/2-c
- Preventing license abuse and unauthorized sharing — legitimate interest, KVKK Art. 5/2-f
- Responding to support requests and improving the service — legitimate interest, KVKK Art. 5/2-f
- Fulfilling legal obligations — KVKK Art. 5/2-ç
3. Transfers
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record; your card details are not passed to TikQo, and only order information (email, product, amount) is shared. Data may be stored with the infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service (database and file storage services, LIVE connection service). These providers' servers may be located abroad. Data is not shared with or sold to third parties except where required by law.
4. Retention period
License and usage records are kept for the validity period of the license and thereafter for the periods required by applicable legislation; at the end of that period they are deleted or anonymized.
5. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to object. You can send your requests to tikqobusiness@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
6. Cookies
Technical storage required for the site to function (e.g. theme and session preferences) is used without consent.
To measure the effectiveness of our ads, Google Ads conversion cookies are used only if you give your explicit consent in the cookie banner. In that case, actions such as clicking an ad and then clicking the WhatsApp link, the Launcher download, free game or purchase buttons on the site are shared with Google LLC (USA); this transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK. If you don't give consent, these cookies are not loaded. You can withdraw your consent by deleting this site's data in your browser.
