The games you buy show up in your library. Hit Install; the game downloads and stays up to date.
Enter your TikTok username and start your stream. Gifts, likes and follows affect the game instantly. Details are in the setup guide.
Payments are taken on a secure checkout page by Creem, which acts as merchant of record on behalf of TikQo. Your card details are never passed to TikQo. Creem's name may appear on your bank statement.
Products are added to your TikQo account. If you use your account email at checkout, the product is matched automatically. If you don't have an account yet, just sign up with the same email after paying; the product is added on its own. If you paid with a different email, write to tikqobusiness@gmail.com and we'll move the product to your account.
Both are auto-renewing subscriptions. The first payment is charged to your card in USD the moment you buy, and your period starts right then. Until you cancel, the same amount is charged automatically to the same card every 1, 3 or 6 months, depending on the period you chose. The amount and renewal frequency are shown below the Buy button and on the checkout page.
You can cancel at any time: open the Creem customer portal using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on the My account page and cancel your subscription. You can also use the link in Creem's payment email or write to tikqobusiness@gmail.com. When you cancel, no further charges are made; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
No. Single game and Day pass are one-time payments and don't renew automatically. Single game is a lifetime license. The Day pass's 24 hours start the first time you open the product in the launcher.
Creem, which processes the payments, charges in US dollars (USD). We show TL prices on the site to keep things easy to understand; the exact USD amount charged to your card is shown below the Buy button and on the checkout page. Your bank may apply an exchange rate difference or a foreign transaction fee.
A product is tied to the first PC it's used on. If you've switched PCs, write to us; we'll remove the lock so you can use it on your new PC.
