Terms of use

By using the TikQo website, TikQo Launcher and the games, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. License

• The license code you purchase grants you the right to use the relevant game(s) for your personal use and your live streams; it does not transfer ownership of the games.
• Each code can be used on a single computer and is locked to the computer where it is first entered. Requests to change computers are reviewed by the support team.
• For subscriptions (Premium and 3 Games), the period starts the moment payment is received. For one-time, time-limited products (Day pass), the time starts when the product is first opened in the launcher. Access ends when the time runs out.
• Sharing, selling or copying codes, and attempting to circumvent license protection, is prohibited; if detected, the code may be revoked.

2. Games and ownership

All games sold on the site and in TikQo Launcher are developed by TikQo. All rights to the games, the launcher and their visuals, audio and software belong to TikQo. TikQo does not sell or sublicense games from third-party developers.

3. Viewer interactions and rewards

• The games react to gifts, likes, follows and comments on the streamer's TikTok LIVE. The only things a viewer can win are in-game visual effects, points and on-screen rankings.
• In-game points, rankings and effects are non-transferable, cannot be sold and cannot be exchanged for money or any other value. TikQo does not give out cash, gift cards, redeemable prizes, transferable items or payouts in any game.
• Gifts can earn points in the game and affect the result on screen. Being the winner of the game has no real-world value; it's just part of the fun on the stream. Sending gifts isn't required to take part in the game; viewers can also join with likes, follows and comments.
• Streamers offering cash or valuable prizes tied to game results on their own streams is not a feature provided by TikQo. The streamer is solely responsible for any such practice and for its compliance with TikTok's rules.

4. Use of the service

• An internet connection and TikQo Launcher are required for the games to work.
• The LIVE connection relies on TikTok's public stream data. This feature may be temporarily interrupted due to changes on TikTok.
• You are responsible for complying with TikTok's Community Guidelines in your streams.

5. Updates and changes

The games and the launcher are updated regularly. We reserve the right to change features in order to improve the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for outages on third-party platforms (including TikTok) or for consequences arising from changes to those platforms' rules.

7. Prices, payment, subscriptions and refunds

• Prices on the site are shown in Turkish lira (TL); payment is taken in US dollars (USD). The USD amount charged to your card is shown below every buy button and on the checkout page. Your bank may apply an exchange rate difference or a foreign transaction fee.
• Payments are taken on a secure checkout page by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record on behalf of TikQo. Your card details are not passed to TikQo.
• The purchased product is added to the TikQo account registered with the email address used at checkout.
• Premium and 3 Games are auto-renewing subscriptions. The first payment is taken at the time of purchase and the period starts at that moment. Until cancelled, the same amount is charged automatically to the same card every 1, 3 or 6 months, depending on the chosen period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time: use the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on the My account page to open the Creem customer portal and cancel, use the link in Creem's payment email, or message us. After you cancel, no further charges are made; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Single game and Day pass are one-time payments and don't renew automatically.
• Games chosen in the 3 Games package can be changed from the My Account page once every 30 days. A change does not extend or shorten the package's term; access to removed games ends immediately.
• Refund terms are set out on the refund policy page.

8. Non-affiliation statement

TikQo is an independent service; it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance.
