Refund policy

TikQo games and packages are digital products. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record on behalf of TikQo; refunds go back the same way, to the card used for payment.

1. Full refund

• Products that have never been used (never opened in the launcher) get a full refund.
• If you accidentally bought the same product twice, the extra amount paid is refunded.

2. Used products

For products that have been opened in the launcher, the time period has already started, so refund requests are assessed case by case. If the product doesn't work due to a technical issue and our support team can't resolve it, a refund is issued.

3. Subscriptions (Premium and 3 Games) and cancellation

• Premium and 3 Games are subscriptions that renew automatically according to the chosen period (1, 3 or 6 months). The first payment is taken at the time of purchase and the period starts at that moment; until cancelled, the same amount is charged to the same card every period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time: cancel through the Creem customer portal using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on the My account page, use the link in Creem's payment email, or message us. After you cancel, no further charges are made; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refund requests after a renewal are assessed based on whether that period has been used.

4. How to request a refund

1. Send an email to tikqobusiness@gmail.com.
2. Include the email address you used for payment, the product you bought and the reason for the refund. Adding the order number from your receipt speeds things up.
3. Your request is reviewed and the outcome is sent to you by email. An approved refund is sent via Creem to the card used for payment; how long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

The refunded product is removed from your TikQo account.
