About the game
Hill Climb Racing is a hill climbing game made for TikTok LIVE streams, played together by viewers. In each stage the car leaves the hangar and keeps going even without boosts. Stages rotate between five different maps (meadow, desert, snow, night city, volcano) and five different cars. With a forward boost, the car blasts flames out the back and speeds over the hills; with a backward boost, it retreats leaving a blue plasma trail. Each boost carries it as many meters as written on it. If boosts arrive from both directions at the same time, the balloons collide on screen. The one with more meters wins and takes the car in its direction with its remaining meters. When the car reaches the goal, fireworks go off, the win counter goes up by one, and a new stage begins. If a backward boost pushes the car against the hangar door, it pounds the start wall; the wall's health equals the goal distance, and when it breaks, the win counter goes down by one and the wall refills. The profile picture and name of the viewer who sent the boost appear above the car, along with their remaining meters. Comments, likes and follows also join the game; every viewer can contribute to the race for free as well. The streamer can also drive the car themselves with the gas and brake pedals. The goal distance, map, car, cruising speed and win target can be changed in the streamer's settings. The game works on vertical (1080×1920), horizontal (1920×1080) and 4:3 screens. In the vertical layout, the top part is left empty for the streamer's camera.

Can Hill Climb be played on a phone?
The game runs on a Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC; Mac and phone-only setups are not supported at the moment. Even if you start your stream from your phone, the launcher passes interactions to the game, but to let viewers see the game you need to add the game screen to your stream from your PC.
